3 Nights Sahara Camel Excursion in Merzouga

This 3 Nights Sahara Camel Excursion in Merzouga begins after a relaxed lunch depending on when you arrive. Our camels will be packed with food, blankets and all necessary things we need for our trip. This trek will start right into the desert. The camels will take us to a small oasis right in the middle of the dunes. This is where we will spend the first night under the stars in a nomad tent. Dinner will be served around a campfire and local nomads will play traditional music.

In the morning, after breakfast we will pack up and trek for around 2 hours to reach our next destination. We will stop for a relaxing lunchbreak next to a Tamarisk tree. In the shadow of this tree a tasty desert lunch will be prepared and served. After lunch we trek to the home of a Nomad family where you will spend your second night and share some time with these hospitable locals.

In next day of our 3 nights Sahara camel excursion in merzouga and  after our breakfast with the Nomads, we will trek towards another small oasis in the middle of the desert. Before reaching the camp we will stop on the way for desert lunch. Your last night will be spent with a Berber nomad family living in this oasis. During dinner we will have a fantastic drum music party under the star filled sky. Then after breakfast we travel back to the village of Merzouga or to your accommodation.

Each day will involve between 90 minutes to 2 hours of riding a camel or walking along sidethe camel if you prefer.
