4 days from Marrakech to Fes

1st Day: Marrakech – High Atlas – Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah – Ouarzazate – Dadés Valley 

Our 4 days from marrakech to fes  will start have a Departure at 8 am from your accommodation in Marrakech to the High Atlas, sub-mountain Atlas Mountains of Morocco, we pass by the port of Tizi N’Tichka we also offer stops for a panoramic view and take pictures small Berber villages camouflage in the landscape. then We will continue south to the ksar (fortified village) of Ait Ben Haddou where we will visit the famous Kasbah (declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1986). Famous films have been shot in this spectacular stage, including Gladiator, Obelix, The Mummy, The Jewel of the Nile, Sahara with Penélope Cruz … etc. Free time for lunch in town. We continue then towards Ouarzazate, also known under the name of “the door of the desert”, which means in Berber “without noise or confusion”.We will see here the kasbah of Taourirt, one of the most spectacular ksars of Morocco. The next site to visit is the Valley of the Rose which crosses the large palm grove of Skoura; a beautiful place to contemplate more than 700,000 palm trees and many kasbahs built in the vicinity. In this valley, damascene roses are cultivated for aesthetic purposes such as precious rose water. The feast of the rose is held here every year in May, it is an important moussem for the Moroccan culture. 2nd Day: Dadés Valley – Todra Gorges – Merzouga – Camel Trek and overnight in the berber tent

After a delicious breakfast. our 4 days from Marrakech to Fes second day will begin enjoying one of the most beautiful views of the Dades Valley from a strategic mountain lookout. we will be able to appreciate the large number of kasbahs and the picturesque characteristics of each of them. A very good paved road climbs the valley of the city of Tinerhir to the throat then to the desert. we also offer a few stops on the way, we will reach the Todra Gorge. The landscape is spectacular. The inhabitants live in the area and can be seen in their adobe villages. Thanks to its rocky walls with many uneven surfaces, these gorges are very popular with climbers. We will go for an hour on camels to join our camp of nomads located in the middle of a sea of dunes (Erg Chebbi). we will see the sunset at the top of a dune and sleep in a tent under a beautiful starry sky ensuite the dinner. our 2nd day of 4 days from Marrakech to Fes has ended.

3rd Day : Merzouga Desert – Nomads Families – Khamlia Village – Erg Chebbi

You will spend a full day in the desert. If you are in the middle of the desert, it is absolutely important to get up early to contemplate the most spectacular sunrise you’ve ever seen at the top of a dune near the camp and enjoy this scenery is a gift from nature. After seeing the sunrise, we return to Merzouga on the camels where a delicious breakfast is waiting for you. Then, we follow the Erg Chebbi, big extension of the desert of sand where is the big dune of Morocco. which is over 250mts high. Then we continue by the road that was formerly used for the “Paris – Dakar” and ends in the mountains that limit with Algeria. 

Stop at the Tissardmin oasis where you can find fossil quarries still present in the area. We continue our 4 days from Marrakech to Fes trip by a road where we can see nomadic villages and learn their secrets and their customs. The next stop will be at a point of view to contemplate the Erg Chebbi hole. We will then reach the village of Kamilia, a native of Mali, where we will have a relaxing cup of tea and then sit down to a concert of the spiritual music of Gnawa. Transfer to your accommodation and free afternoon to enjoy the city or dunes at the hotel to see the sunset. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

4th Day: Merzouga Desert – Ziz Valley – Cedar forests and monkey troops of Azrou – Fes

 We start our last day of 4 days from marrakech to fes  tour in the north with a breakfast then we will go to the palm Tafilalet, the largest in the world. You will see thousands of palm trees along the 20 km of road. This path leads us to the valley of Ziz, it is a river that descends from the High Atlas and feeds the palm grove. We stop here and enjoy a magnificent view of the valley and the city of Aoufous from this elevated point of view. Then we make another stop at Midelt, in the heart of the Atlas, where you will have lunch and rest a little. 

In the afternoon, we continue our 4 days from Marrakech to fes way through Cedar Woods where, if you’re lucky, we’ll see some monkeys.The next place we will visit is the city of Ifrane, located on the northwest side of the Middle Atlas at 1630 meters above sea level. Its wide avenues, perfectly clean urban development, gardens, green spaces and architecture make this city a Swiss city.

 Ifrane feels badly placed in Morocco. That’s why it’s called Moroccan Switzerland, and if that’s not enough, it has a major ski resort, Michlifen, We arrive in Fes, around 18 hours in Fes, transfer you to the hotel in Fes & end of our 4 days from Marrakech to Fes. You will have free time for lunch in town.

In the afternoon, we will continue our route to Ouarzazate, where we will visit the studios The Atlas. the most important movie studios in Morocco. Very famous films have been made by international film producers such as: Asterix and Cleopatra, Star Wars, The Mom, Gladiator.

We can also visit if you want the kasbah of Taourirt, one of the oldest and most spectacular ksars of Morocco. We will enter this city and surprise by its design.

Return to Marrakech, transfer to the hotel and end of 4 days from marrakech to fes.
