2 Day Desert Tour Marrakech to Zagora

Day 1: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah – Zagora Desert 

Ibra Morocco Tours provides 2 Day Desert Tour Marrakech to Zagora crossing the High Atlas mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka pass (2260m), to reach the Ait Ben Haddou ksabah, the fortified Ksar with its beautiful landscape of the village. We will visit it and have our lunch in one of the local restaurants. Afterward, we’ll head to Draa Valley crossing the second pass which is Tizi N’Tnifift at 1710m and, the former route of caravans for Sahara traders coming from “Tombouktou”.

 We’ll have the chance to explore the biggest palm grove on the way to Zagora. We’ll have a Camel Trekking experience, to see the beauty of the sunset before getting to the desert camp which is located between the golden sand dunes.

By this, we arrive at the end of the 1st day of the 2-Day Desert Tour Marrakech to Zagora adventures.

Day 2: Zagora – Draa valley – Marrakech

Today we’ll wake you up early morning to see the landscape of sunrise over the small dunes of Zagora, followed by a typical breakfast in a desert bivouac. Then we’ll ride back the camels to meet your driver and drive back to Marrakech. We’ll have some free time in Ouarzazate to have lunch in a local traditional restaurant and visit the well-known Kasbah of Taourirt. In the afternoon, we’ll drive back to Marrakech via the impressive Atlas Mountain.

Then we arrive at the end of our 2-Day Desert Tour Marrakech to Zagora.
