DAY 01: Tangier to Chefchaouen

On the first day of the 8 Days from Tangier Morocco tour Your guide will pick you up from your desired location in Tangier Drive and begin the drive through the Rif mountains and Tetoun city before arriving in the blue city of Chefchaouan.

DAY 03: Fes Sightseeing Tour

On the 3rd day of the 8 Days from Tangier Morocco tour After breakfast, a knowledgeable guide will meet you at your riad in the morning for an incredible cultural and historical tour of Fes.

You will visit the medina (the old city) and its labyrinth of alleys, the Jewish Quarter, and the Royal Palace gate in the morning before enjoying lunch. In the afternoon, we will visit the famous tanneries and the Quaraouine mosque – the first university in the world – before driving to the top of the city for a wonderful panoramic view of the city.

If you wish, we will also visit the pottery cooperative. You will have free time in the evening, enjoy dinner, and stay overnight in the same riad. by then we come to the end of the 8 Days from Tangier Morocco tour.

DAY 04: Fes to Merzouga Desert

This is the 4th day of our 8 Days from Tangier Morocco tour, Your guide will pick you up from your hotel in Fes in the morning after breakfast and depart for the south of Morocco.

You will stop in Ifrane, known as the Switzerland of Morocco, to enjoy its beauty and take photos. After that, you will head toward Azrou to see the playful monkeys in the cedar forest.

We will continue to Midelt and stop for lunch. In the afternoon, we will cross the pass of Tizi n Tighamt to reach Errachidia while admiring the views of Ziz Gorge. We will stop for a panoramic view of Ziz Valley and will pass through Erfoud (the Moroccan capital city of fossils), our 4th day of 8 Days from Tangier Morocco tour come to an end by arriving in Merzouga for dinner and our stay.

DAY 05: Merzouga tour 4×4 Camel Trek and Overnight at Desert Camp

On the morning of the fifth day of the 8 Days from Tangier Morocco tour, we start our tour around the dunes of Erg Chebbi. Then, we follow the Erg Chebbi, a big extension of the desert of sand which is the big dune of Morocco. which is over 250mts high.

We continue then by the road that was formerly used for the “Paris – Dakar” and ends in the mountains that limit with Algeria. We continue then by a road where we can see nomadic villages and learn their secrets and customs.

The next stop will be at a point of view to contemplate the Erg Chebbi hole. We will then reach the village of Kamilia, a native of Mali, where we will take a relaxing cup of tea while listening to a concert of the spiritual music of Gnawa.

Have lunch and relax. In the afternoon you start your camel trekking adventure guided by an experienced Camel man, to explore inside the mysterious sand sea of the Erg-Chebbi.

You’ll spend your first night under the stars, After a delicious Moroccan dinner, You will have a seat around the campfire you can expect a delightful evening filled with cultural experiences and entertainment with Berber music by playing drums and telling stories under a beautiful starry sky. DAY 06 : Merzouga desert – Dades Gorges

You get up Early in the morning, your camel guide will wake you up to look at what might be the awesome sunrise. After sunrise, Have breakfast.

While leaving the desert en route, you will enjoy the unique beauty of the spectacular Erg Chebbi dunes, which change throughout the day.

Continue our road to Rissani, Tinghir, and Todra Gorge – the highest and narrowest gorge in Morocco.

Then after lunch in the heart of the gorge, we will cross the Dades Valley, where you can see the majestic sandcastles and the amazing rock formations known as “monkeys”. The night will be in a hotel overlooking the valley of Dades.

DAY 07: Dades Gorges to Marrakech

The 7th day of 8 Days from Tangier Morocco tour starts after breakfast in the hotel, we begin our journey along the road of Thousand Kasbahs, viewing the enormous kasbahs on both sides of the road.

You’ll enjoy the impressive landscapes of the Valley of the Roses before we reach Skoura palm grove. We will visit Taourirt Kasbah before departing to UNESCO World Heritage Site Ait Benhaddou, famous for films such as The Man Who Would Be King, Jewel of the Nile, Jesus of Nazareth, The Message, Lawrence of Arabia, The Mummy, and Gladiator.

We will continue with a visit to the traditional High Atlas Berber village of Telouet and the Kasbah el Glaoui. We will have lunch in a local restaurant in Telouet before descending the Tizi-n-Tichka to Marrakech. You will arrive in Marrakech in the evening for dinner and your stay in the riad.

DAY 08: Full Marrakech Guided Tour

On the last day of the 8 Days from Tangier Morocco tour, you will enjoy a tour of Marrakech with a private guide. Our first half of the tour will include a visit to the famous Palais de Bahia, a beautifully decorated palace full of enchanting inner rooms and elaborate mosaic walls.

Then we will walk through the Jewish Quarter, with a distinctly different architecture from the rest of the medina, and also discover the incredible Saadian tombs.

We’ll visit Medersa Ben Youssef, an old school of Quranic study with beautiful Arabian-Andalucían architecture, and see the Koutoubia Mosque, an icon of Marrakech and a point of orientation for tourists.

Lastly, we’ll head to the world-famous Jemaah el Fna square with its countless orange juice stands, snake charmers, traditionally-garbed water sellers, and henna women.

We will then continue on to the incredible Majorelle Gardens and you will make your way through the oasis of calm in the midst of the bustling city at your leisure. Visit the Berber Museum housed in the bright blue villa and learn about the history and traditions of the Berber people and see some of their beautiful traditional clothing.
